Randy Allen (DP, Editor) joined our project after working as a cinematographer and editor on Pete Pepper's critically acclaimed documentary, Killing Memories, which aired on PBS in 2011. He currently works with a NBC affiliate in San Luis Obispo, California as a Cinematographer, Editor, and Creative Producer. Randy also heads his own studio, Rand Productions, working in the development and editing of content for broadcast, screen, web, and non-broadcast media. Specialties include Adobe CC Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop), FCP7 (Studio) and FCPX, including Color Correction, Sound Recording/Mixing, Cinematography, Studio Operations, and Lighting.

Vincent Shay (2nd Camera, Photographer) is an Award-Winning photographer and videographer who has worked around the world shooting images and focuses his attention on Ocean, People, and Abstract scenes. His work has been highlighted in many publications such as DEEP Magazine, Patagonia Catalog, Backroads Adventure Company, Kayak Sessions Magazine, Canoe & Kayak Magazine, and Pete Pepper's Killing Memories documentary. He and his wife, Emily Shay, founded The Pay-It-Forward Paddling Project that enables at risk and underprivileged youth to paddle at no cost with their company, Avila Beach Paddlesports. Amy Saltz (Creative Consultant) is an award winning director who has directed both classic and contemporary plays in NYC and at most of the major theaters throughout the U.S. as well as in Russia and Estonia. She has been involved in the development of new plays by countless experienced and emerging playwrights at the O'Neill National Playwrights' Conference, 7 Devils Playwrights Conference and numerous other venues across the country. For television she directed Another World and Search For Tomorrow. A member of the Directors’ Guild of America and The Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers, Amy headed the Graduate Program in Directing at Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University for many years. She joined fellow Circle East member, Debra, on this odyssey as a Creative Consultant and headed our Arts Mission in Vietnam. She looks forward to the artistic connection being forged with Le Hung (pictured here).
